If I want to express IgG in the myTXTL Antibody/DS Kit, what is the ratio of heavy to light chain templates I should use if I have them on separate DNA templates?

We rcommend using the heavy and light chain templates at an equimolar concentration of 5 nM each whether they are plasmid or linear DNA templates.
