Researchers used advanced genomic data to trace the evolutionary history of the Brazil nut family, showing how the uplift of the Andes and changing landscapes drove the diversification of tropical tree species across the Neotropics. High-throughput sequencing conducted at Daicel Arbor Biosciences helped generate the extensive genetic dataset that made this detailed reconstruction of rainforest tree evolution possible.
By combining exome capture and next-generation sequencing, researchers created a valuable genomic resource for identifying genes linked to important agronomic traits in bread wheat. myReads WGS Package, per sample
Complete NGS services package for samples meeting our Standard DNA criteria = high molecular weight (>10kbp modal length), high quality (UV 260:280 1.7-1.9), and high mass (>500 ng of gDNA). WGS packages include QC, fragmentation, library preparation, and the stated Gbp of PE150 short-read sequencing data per sample. If your samples do not meet the Standard criteria, you can add-on our Flex handling fee to apply Flex criteria & handling instead. More info: myReads service packages.
If additional WGS sequencing is desired, add on however many more Gbp you want for the ENTIRE project. For amounts above 300 Gbp, please contact us for lower-priced options.
For degraded and/or unknown quality or quantity samples that do not meet requirements for 'Standard' handling. We perform additional QC on each sample or set of samples, including DNA quantification and visualization of morphology. If applicable, we adjust protocols for shearing and/or size selection and/or library preparation to maximize per-sample success.

If you wish to purchase MORE data above the 1 Gbp per sample included in each Capture Package, add on however many more Gbp you want for the ENTIRE project. For additional amounts above 50 Gbp, please contact us for lower-priced options.
For Capture projects, select your desired myBaits baitset. Each capture reaction is typically used for multiple samples (4 to 12 libraries co-enriched per reaction, depending on multiplexing level). Where applicable, please specify the exact panel version that you want in your checkout cart notes.
