In this live webinar, we will present data from a targeted NGS strategy which combines RNA Library Prep from Swift Biosciences with the myBaits Expert Virus SARS-CoV-2 panel from Daicel Arbor Biosciences. The emergence of COVID-19 has resulted in the need for NGS strategies to characterize the SARS-CoV-2 viral genome. Sequencing of the full-length genome is critical for identifying mutational variants and contributing to research in the fields of virology, immunology, epidemiology, and molecular evolution, among others. Combining highly efficient RNA library prep with hybridization capture results in full-length genome coverage from a limited number of viral genome copies in a mixed sample, providing an advantageous workflow for virus characterization.
