In this webinar, we demonstrate the Swift Methyl-Seq library preparation system couples with the unique probe design algorithm and improved chemistry of Daicel Arbor’s myBaits system, producing high coverage at target genomic regions of interest following bisulfite conversion. Not only does the system recapitulate the biological methylation signal measured with WGBS for genomic DNA, but it also maintains the relative ratios of methylated and non-methylated substrate in mixed samples.
